An electron generating a magnetic field would generate an emf that causes a proton to change its motion in the same direction as the electron.

At first, this might seem to violate the law of conservation of momentum, but of course, such an interaction indeed conserves momentum once taking into account the momentum of electromagnetic fields.

My Thoughts:

I looked at Dr Martin Tajmar’s facebook and found a link to this and it’s just what we need to do. I also sent him an email asking him to look at the video data because many of the things coming up are in his papers and PDF files listed above.

Which came up with the WOW SETI signal data. I wanted him to look at it because he’s the expert in this field. (the person that’s come up so far in here along with several others)

Maybe all these men need to sit down and have a chat and compare notes. They might have everything they need and not even know it. ;)

Einstein’s general theory of relativity predicts that non-static, stationary mass-energy distributions affect spacetime in a peculiar way giving rise to a phenomenon usually known as frame-dragging.

The first frame-dragging effect was derived in 1918, in the framework of general relativity, by the Austrian physicists Josef Lense and Hans Thirring, and is also known as the Lense–Thirring effect.[1][2][3]

They predicted that the rotation of a massive object would distort the spacetime metric, making the orbit of a nearby test particle precess.

This does not happen in Newtonian mechanics for which the gravitational field of a body depends only on its mass, not on its rotation.

The Lense-Thirring effect is very small—about one part in a few trillion. To detect it, it is necessary to examine a very massive object, or build an instrument that is very sensitive.

More generally, the subject of effects caused by mass-energy currents is known as gravitomagnetism, in analogy with classical electromagnetism.

If we could get around to manipulating gravity, it would be the kick-off for a second industrial revolution!”, explains Dr. Martin Tajmar, leader of the department for space power systems at the “Austrian Research Centers”.

“We could start developing new kinds of metal alloys, synthetic materials and medications. The fact of weight would not be of importance anymore in the process of mixing.

The computer industry could grow enormous silicon mono crystals that right now can’t be created because of the Earth’s gravity.

One could even construct dampers for centrifugal forge that would come into effect in car accidents or simply in driving along sharp turns. There would be a list of never ending possibilities.”

Albert Einstein’s theory of relativity, that will celebrate its 100-year anniversary this year, describes gravitational waves that could be used for such a vision.

They even come into existence together with electrical and magnetic waves in every common transformation station.

Dr. Tajmar: “Unfortunately, those waves are too weak to be measured; we can only calculate them. For experimenting with those “gravitomagnetic fields”, though, one would need the mass density of a neutron star, rotating with close to speed of light.”

quote

Pyrolytic carbon is a material similar to graphite, but with some covalent bonding between its graphene sheets as a result of imperfections in its production.

Pyrolytic carbon is man-made and not found in nature.[1]

Generally it is produced by heating a hydrocarbon nearly to its decomposition temperature, and permitting the graphite to crystallise (pyrolysis).

One method is to heat synthetic fibers in a vacuum. Another method is to place seeds or a plate in the very hot gas to collect the graphite coating.

In nuclear engineering, a neutron moderator is a medium that reduces the speed of fast neutrons, thereby turning them into thermal neutrons capable of sustaining a nuclear chain reaction involving uranium-235.

Commonly used moderators include regular (light) water (roughly 75% of the world’s reactors), solidgraphite (20% of reactors) and heavy water (5% of reactors).[1] Beryllium has also been used in some experimental types, and hydrocarbons have been suggested as another possibility.

Quotes to read:

Among experts, the most famous of these “alchemists” is Dr. Evgeny Podkletnov, a Russian physicist who is said to have made a sensational discovery in 1992 (see sketch).

Dr. Tajmar: “I was still at university when he allegedly managed to manipulate gravity with a rotating superconductor ring in an experiment.”

Dr. Podkletnov, who later on worked for the NASA and leads a testing laboratory in Moscow today, stated in an interview: “Yes, I actually found the experiment to work.

Experts, though, reacted to this sensation like the Inquisition to a heretic. Give me 100 million euros, ten high-class scientists and ten years of time.

I will build you a rocket that will float into space weightless due to anti-gravity. How come there are no pictures of my experiments?

Even in every car factory, it is forbidden to take pictures. Just like in those highly secured research laboratories…”

General Relativity and Quantum Cosmology
Advance of Mercury Perihelion Explained by Cogravity – Version II
Clovis Jacinto de Matos, Martin Tajmar
(Submitted on 29 Apr 2003)

The theory of General Relativity explains the advance of Mercury perihelion using space curvature and the Schwartzschild metric.

We demonstrate that this phenomena can also be interpreted due to the cogravitational field produced by the apparent motion of the Sun around Mercury giving exactly the same estimate as derived from the Schwartzschild metric in general relativity theory.

This is a surprising and new result because the estimate from both theoretical approaches match exactly the measured value. The discussion and implications of this result is out of the scope of the present work.

Electrodynamics in Superconductors Explained by Proca Equations
M. Tajmar
(Submitted on 20 Mar 2008)

A fully consistent model to study electrodynamics for superconductors in the stationary and non-stationary regime has been developed based on Proca equations and a massive photon.

In particular, this approach has been applied to study the electric field penetration depth in superconductors. The model shows a deviation from the charge contribution to an internal electric field compared to previous approaches.

Gravitomagnetic London Moment and the Graviton Mass inside a Superconductor
Clovis Jacinto de Matos, Martin Tajmar
(Submitted on 24 Feb 2006)
Using Proca electromagnetic and gravitoelectromagnetic equations the magnetic and gravitomagnetic properties of a rotating superconductor are respectively derived.

Perfect diamagnetism, and the magnetic London moment are deduced from the photon mass in the superconductor.

Similarly, it is shown that the conjecture proposed by the authors to resolve the cooper pair mass anomaly reported by Tate, can be explained by a graviton mass in the superconductor different with respect to its expected cosmological value.

Since October 2000, I’m a research scientist and project manager in the Space Propulsion group at ARC Seibersdorf research, Austria’s largest research institution.

Previous working experience include the advanced propulsion group at NASA JPL and the electric propulsion section at the European Space Agency ESA.

At Seibersdorf research, we develop a unique micropropulsion thruster for satellites – called In-FEEP thruster (Field Emission Electric Propulsion).

This engine produces a thrust of 1-100 µN, suitable for ultra-precise attitude and orbit control, required for next-generation science missions like telescope interferometers or gravitational wave observatories.

The highly controllable thrust allows such satellite formations to detect e.g. planets outside of our solar system (DARWIN) or gravitational waves as predicted by Einstein more than 80 years ago (LISA).

We cooperate and receive contracts from NASA, ESA and major industry such as ASTRIUM and ALENIA or research institutions such as the Max-Planck institute.
