My thoughts

I’ve heard so much info about neutrinos from bloggers and didn’t really know where to look for the actual data.

This is great!

I found the actual site which is mostly written in italian? (not sure of the language)

This explains what the experiment was and what the results were.

They cannot EXPLAIN it yet.

How interesting that it has come up so many times in this alien WOW SETI signal.

Maybe its the Universes way of shaking things up…

Makes you want to dig deeper.

In this case I think you all need to stop looking at your PAST equations and look for a NEW one to explain why this is working…

Look outside of the box of the norm…

Since it’s an interesting test result I have an idea for you.

What is the LEVEL about sea level for your facility?

Is it different where your located compared to that other facility testing neutrinos in Japan?

BELLE? I think that’s the name of the place…

Or could be anything.

I remember reading about quarks and how they change from positive to negative.

I’ve read that neutrinos can morph into other particles.

It’s like human particles.

When we hang out with another person we pick up their mannerisms and I believe we tap into the biorhythms of their body and connect as ONE.

Even the bible states that the TWO shall become ONE. Not meaning because of marriage.

But because our bodies synchronize with one another.

I know they do.

I’ve tested this in my own personal life.

Two people that spend 24 hours a day, almost 7 days a week, develop each other’s bodily habits.

Eating – no

Appetite no

Feelings of pain and discomfort are synchronized.

The bowels are synchronized.

The bathroom times are not.

The way the body decays (eyes, ears) synchronized.

What i’m trying to say is this.

Dark matter is a reflection of what it contains.

A mirror image of itself.

A neutrino is connecting to whatever other particles are in with it during the test.

The laser beam it travels along heats it up and excites the molecules.

They split into 4 quarks and double the “energy” or speed of your neutrino?

Am I correct?

Did you notice the speeds excited matter going 50% faster after you collided them with a wall.

Quarks return to the wall (or atoms) and they bounce off other atoms.

Causing them to split again.

I think your neutrinos are splitting into four quarks.

You cannot see the other two particles because they are smaller and undetectable.

According to these wow seti formulas

You want to add the neutrinos to COLD plasma and liquid argon gas.

If you cannot use liquid argon gas.

Pick a particle found in it that will split.

The neutrino will mimic it’s movements and mirror them.

Publish your results and let me know if this “idea” is right.

My thoughts

Key words to remember:

the neutrinos travel at a velocity 20 parts per million above the speed of light, nature’s cosmic speed limit.

My thoughts continued:
BASED on what I wrote before reading all the CERN documents from GRAN SASSO’s Neutrino test results.

I said take the liquid argon gas particles that split and cool them down and add them with neutrinos then collide them to find out if the neutrinos are splitting into four quarks. Look for evidence of smaller particles. Add a few degrees warmer mist to it and it should show up.

Kind of like you blow hot air on a cold window then draw happy faces in it. You can see the trace of your fingerprint on there.

I did a Google on particles found in liquid argon gas

And came up with a test result from D W SWAN 1965

Funny that most theories and test results are either from the 1960′s and 1970′s or in recent years…

My thoughts

Take the ion’s and use a sputtering gun invention mentioned in the earlier videos of Line 18a.

By using slow laser beam pulses you can “excite” the neutrinos to make them split by using Leptons and Protons in the mixture.
Collide them altogether and see what happens with the Neutrinos.

I’m going to give you my theory…

The Neutrinos will match the highest energy of whatever “particle” excites the most…

A breeder reactor is a nuclear reactor capable of generating more fissile material than it consumes[1] because its neutron economy is high enough to breed fissile from fertile material like uranium-238 or thorium-232.

Breeder reactors could in principle extract almost all of the energy contained in uranium or thorium, decreasing fuel requirements by nearly two orders of magnitude compared to traditional once-through light water reactors, which extract less than 1% of the energy.

In principle, breeder fuel cycles can recycle and consume all actinides[3], leaving only fission products

Good moderators are also free of neutron-absorbing impurities such as boron.

A fast-neutron reactor, meaning one with little or no neutron moderator and hence utilising fast neutrons, can be configured as a breeder reactor, producing more fissile material than it consumes, using fertile material in a blanket around the core, or contained in special fuel rods.

Since plutonium-238, plutonium-240 and plutonium-242 are fertile, accumulation of these and other nonfissile isotopes is less of a problem than in thermal reactors, which cannot burn them efficiently.

Breeder reactors using thermal-spectrum neutrons are only practical if the thorium fuel cycle is used, as uranium-233 fissions far more reliably with thermal neutrons than plutonium-239.

Measurement of the neutrino velocity with the OPERA detector in the CNGS beam sept 26 2011 opera collaboration wow seti

Measurement of the neutrino velocity with the OPERA detector in the CNGS beam

QUOTE
The OPERA result is based on the observation of over 15000 neutrino events measured at Gran Sasso, and appears to indicate that the neutrinos travel at a velocity 20 parts per million above the speed of light, nature’s cosmic speed limit.

Given the potential far-reaching consequences of such a result, independent measurements are needed before the effect can either be refuted or firmly established.

This is why the OPERA collaboration has decided to open the result to broader scrutiny. The collaboration’s result is available on the preprint server arxiv.org (LINK).

“This result comes as a complete surprise,” said OPERA spokesperson, Antonio Ereditato of the University of Bern. “After many months of studies and cross checks we have not found any instrumental effect that could explain the result of the measurement.

While OPERA researchers will continue their studies, we are also looking forward to independent measurements to fully assess the nature of this observation.”

“When an experiment finds an apparently unbelievable result and can find no artefact of the measurement to account for it, it’s normal procedure to invite broader scrutiny, and this is exactly what the OPERA collaboration is doing, it’s good scientific practice,” said CERN Research Director Sergio Bertolucci.

“If this measurement is confirmed, it might change our view of physics, but we need to be sure that there are no other, more mundane, explanations. That will require independent measurements.”

n order to perform this study, the OPERA Collaboration teamed up with experts in metrology from CERN and other institutions to perform a series of high precision measurements of the distance between the source and the detector, and of the neutrinos’ time of flight.

The distance between the origin of the neutrino beam and OPERA was measured with an uncertainty of 20 cm over the 730 km travel path.

The neutrinos’ time of flight was determined with an accuracy of less than 10 nanoseconds by using sophisticated instruments including advanced GPS systems and atomic clocks.

The time response of all elements of the CNGS beam line and of the OPERA detector has also been measured with great precision.

“We have established synchronization between CERN and Gran Sasso that gives us nanosecond accuracy, and we’ve measured the distance between the two sites to 20 centimetres,” said Dario Autiero, the CNRS researcher who will give this afternoon’s seminar.

“Although our measurements have low systematic uncertainty and high statistical accuracy, and we place great confidence in our results, we’re looking forward to comparing them with those from other experiments.”

“The potential impact on science is too large to draw immediate conclusions or attempt physics interpretations. My first reaction is that the neutrino is still surprising us with its mysteries.” said Ereditato. “Today’s seminar is intended to invite scrutiny from the broader particle physics community.”

The OPERA experiment was inaugurated in 2006, with the main goal of studying the rare transformation (oscillation) of muon neutrinos into tau neutrinos. One first such event was observed in 2010, proving the unique ability of the experiment in the detection of the elusive signal of tau neutrinos

Ionization of liquid argon by α particles

AbstractReferencesCited By
From an analysis of electron pulses in liquid argon produced by α particles the average energy required to form an ion pair is evaluated, assuming Jaffé’s theory of columnar recombination is valid.

The mean value of 26.0 eV found in this way agrees well with the corresponding value of 26.4 eV for α particles in argon gas.

Application of Jaffé’s theory to the liquid state is discussed, and from the pulse distributions it is established that the experimental results are in good agreement with this theory.
