solar winds are feeding down into earth winds.. from an avg of 400 to 300 means 100 km per hr has gone into the hurricane carlotta storm.
if it drops or goes high again then drops.. it will keep feeding those winds.
i predict carlotta will eventually become category 3 or 4 storm and it may connect with severe storm cells in the gulf of mexico
we will have to see how this storm acts compared to the other ones i followed..
